My partner and I have just received a request for further information for our partner visa, which we're super excited about as all they've requested is a police check (so hoping that means everything else is in order), however, in addition to this, I was sent an email asking me to provide more information about my answers to two questions on the 40sp form to which I answered yes. I reviewed the form to see what the questions were and it seems I've accidentally answered 'yes' to two questions without meaning to :( I feel like such an idiot, does anyone know how I can rectify this? Do I just submit the form again with the 'no' box ticked, or do you think, given I've answered 'yes' to some pretty serious questions, that I ought to try and provide evidence?
