My parents are separated and im at my mother's custody, should I declare my father in the application?

Ive applied three tourist visas already and I didnt declare my father in the family part. Now im confused if I should declare him on my PMV application.

Any advice will be appreciated.Thank you!

Since you're applying for a PMV you must be an adult therefore you're not at your mother's custody, as you put it. You're an adult and you have a mother and a father, regardless of whether or not they are together or separated. Yes, you need to include both parents (as well as any step-parents).
