Yes, unless you meet one of the requirements to still be granted a partner visa or you apply for another visa.

The way immigration see it is that the only reason you are in Australia is because of your partner if there is no relationship then there is no need to be in Australia.

Legal advice will not help you when the relationship ends and you do not qualify for the visa anymore.

You can speak to a registered migration agent to see what other visas you may qualify for.
