"but now he is changed and doesn't want to keep me on his visa."

Does she have the Student Visa still or is she a 457 dependant visa holder now?

Even if she was, the relationship breakdown would mean that she no longer met the requirements.

He is changed in a sense he didn't even tell me he got sponsored. He lied. We are still together legally. When he applied for 457 he applied just for himself and now i want to go to his visa anyhow. I am still a student and he is on own 457 visa. We have not separated yet neuther divorced. Can i sue him or something

I am sorry to say this, but I think your partner has sent you a clear crystal message by obtaining sponsorship on his own and more importantly behind your back .

He simply does not want you on his visa that's why he didn't add you from the start.

You might want to think about your own plan .

Good luck 😉

Sue him? We are not in the USA, thanks God. It really is up to your partner if he wants to include you or not, as he is the main applicant.

If you were not included in the nomination, then the sponsor would need write a letter confirming that they will sponsor you as well. You'd then have to apply for a subsequent entry visa. It might be tricky to explain why you weren't included in the first place, but it is not impossible.

You may have to sort out your relationship first though. If you are no longer together, even though you're still married, then you can't be included.

I hate to say this, but in the end, that's his choice.

If you are still in Australia on your own visa, what's the problem? Are you able to stay there without being on his sponsored visa?

It doesn't sound fair, and without getting too much into it, I'm sure there are other ways he could have told you he didn't want to be with you anymore. So, I'm sorry for that. But the best advice I can give you is to get your affairs sorted and be prepared for a separation and a divorce. I've been there myself.

Can i sue him or something
What in the world would that accomplish?
