He is not your partner anymore, so how could you possibly go on his visa?
"but now he is changed and doesn't want to keep me on his visa."He is not your partner anymore, so how could you possibly go on his visa?
Even if she was, the relationship breakdown would mean that she no longer met the requirements."but now he is changed and doesn't want to keep me on his visa."
Does she have the Student Visa still or is she a 457 dependant visa holder now?
He is my partner still..we just got different visa now. I am srill a student and he got sponsored. He is not your partner anymore, so how could you possibly go on his visa?
He is changed in a sense he didn't even tell me he got sponsored. He lied. We are still together legally. When he applied for 457 he applied just for himself and now i want to go to his visa anyhow. I am still a student and he is on own 457 visa. We have not separated yet neuther divorced. Can i sue him or something"but now he is changed and doesn't want to keep me on his visa."

I am sorry to say this, but I think your partner has sent you a clear crystal message by obtaining sponsorship on his own and more importantly behind your back .He is changed in a sense he didn't even tell me he got sponsored. Sue him? We are not in the USA, thanks God. It really is up to your partner if he wants to include you or not, as he is the main applicant. He is changed in a sense he didn't even tell me he got sponsored. He lied. I hate to say this, but in the end, that's his choice. He doesn't want to keep me on his visa.
If you are still in Australia on your own visa, what's the problem? Are you able to stay there without being on his sponsored visa?I have got my own student visa and he and i are married legally. We have not separated nether we are divorced so any idea. I helped him stay here while i was studying and he is trying to show his back on me..that's not fair. Any suggestion plz
What in the world would that accomplish? Can i sue him or something
