He is changed in a sense he didn't even tell me he got sponsored. He lied. We are still together legally. When he applied for 457 he applied just for himself and now i want to go to his visa anyhow. I am still a student and he is on own 457 visa. We have not separated yet neuther divorced. Can i sue him or something

I am sorry to say this, but I think your partner has sent you a clear crystal message by obtaining sponsorship on his own and more importantly behind your back .

He simply does not want you on his visa that's why he didn't add you from the start.

You might want to think about your own plan .
