He doesn't want to keep me on his visa.

I hate to say this, but in the end, that's his choice.

I have got my own student visa and he and i are married legally. We have not separated nether we are divorced so any idea. I helped him stay here while i was studying and he is trying to show his back on me..that's not fair. Any suggestion plz

If you are still in Australia on your own visa, what's the problem? Are you able to stay there without being on his sponsored visa?

It doesn't sound fair, and without getting too much into it, I'm sure there are other ways he could have told you he didn't want to be with you anymore. So, I'm sorry for that. But the best advice I can give you is to get your affairs sorted and be prepared for a separation and a divorce. I've been there myself.
