He is not your partner anymore, so how could you possibly go on his visa?

He is my partner still..we just got different visa now. I am srill a student and he got sponsored.

Does she have the Student Visa still or is she a 457 dependant visa holder now?

He is changed in a sense he didn't even tell me he got sponsored. He lied. We are still together legally. When he applied for 457 he applied just for himself and now i want to go to his visa anyhow. I am still a student and he is on own 457 visa. We have not separated yet neuther divorced. Can i sue him or something

He doesn’t want to keep me on his visa. I have got my own student visa and he and i are married legally. We have not separated nether we are divorced so any idea. I helped him stay here while i was studying and he is trying to show his back on me..that’s not fair. Any suggestion plz
