Hi Experts,
I am new to this forum and looking for advice, so please help.
I want to initiate my PR process but got confused at first step.

I have B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering with 13 years of IT exp.
My current position is IT Manager for past 5 years and prior to that my exp.(8 years) has been as software programmer or soft. engineer.
So for skill assessment, which Code I can choose A.)software programmer /soft. engineer or B.) ICT Manager.
If i choose A: This is my past exp., will it count.
If i choose B: ICT Manager is not in MLTSSL list, so can it be considered for 189. Also, for 190, I checked on state skills sites, and no one has ICT manager is the list.
So, I am confused, if anyone can provide some thoughts, I would be grateful.

There are various possibilities, depending on the level at which your academic qualification is assessed and its content as well as the daily duties you have performed; not your job title. Most of the information you need can be found on the ACS website.

If I go ahead with ICT Manager, will it possible to apply for I189 or 190 as this skill is neither in Long term or state sponsored skills.

Possibly. Depends on what sort of ICT manager you have in mind.
