Did your father fill out form 1149?

It seems your father simply offered to assist you if needed and not actually a sponsor of the applicant.

So in the Visitor Visa (non sponsored) your family in Australia become a reason to remain in Australia not an incentive to return to India.

I guess your new application would meet the same fate as your first, you seem to be strengthening reasons to stay like the comment "which is helpful for australian medical council (AMC) exam".

May I suggest that you consult a registered migration agent wih experience in 'turning around' visitor visa refusals?

first of all thanks for your reply. i think i was not clear in my post.. but i have to fill form 1419 & my father and mother is in india they are just sponsoring me financially as i showed unemployed.

Yes, you are right i'm strenthening reasons to stay if i write that AMC exam is helpful & all. Can you please give your valuable suggestions.. what should i do now ? thanks in advance

That is not sponsoring - only Australians (PR and Citizen from memory) can sponsor your Visitor Visa.

You do need a Registered Migration Agent, I think a Student Visa may/have been a better visa to apply.

You need to put forward a good application and understand fully PAM3 (the grounds they refused your last application).
