Hey guys i need some help with my evidence i attached some but I don’t know if that’s enough can someone let me know if i need more to attach the evidence i have attached are
Our child birth certificate
Bank statement
Rent declaration
Letters with our names comes to the same address
2bills we don’t have alot
Policecheck for me and my partner
Marriage certificate
3 supporting witness and
Some photos .
Please guys help do u think that’s enough if not what would u guys recommend me i really need ur help

I agree with ampk that is seems light compared to what others have supplied. Did you only provide 1 bank statement? The evidence you provided needs to be since the grant of the 309. Did you upload the sponsor stat dec?

Mish yes i have done the sponsor stat declaration and for the bank statement i aploaded only one and it is for our jount account coz we just opend it recently but each one of us have an account we both use it like he knows my password and i know his. I don’t wat to do im really scared mow coz i have attached my evidence

And guys for the house extenses we always pay cash not by card and they just give a us a normal recite that doesn’t have our names on it

You can upload more evidence, just make sure you combine files to not use up as much room incase you need to upload more things later.

You can use your individual bank accounts and highlight the transactions that are in relation to the financial aspect of the relationship.

It is better to make him an additional person on the account and do it the legal way because if your bank account gets compromised there may be issues because you have given the password to another person.

It is all about thinking outside the box. If you both have Woolworth Reward cards or flybuy cards scan and attach them and screenshot the account to show that they are linked.

From what I know Iraq is a cash oriented country. It is better to try to stop paying as many things in cash but via bank transfer etc. It is good to cover yourself in case anything happens and they say they did not get the cash, with bank transfer you have proof that you paid it and what account.

What about bills, do you have any bills in both of your names ie. electricity, water, telephone, internet, Foxtel, private health insurance, car insurance, house insurance etc.

I’ll try and do that but for the bills we only pay electricity coz we live with my parents and i only pay rent and electricity to thm but i have already done a rent declaration for that we do have care insurance it’s under my husband name and car rego under my name but this year we did it online so i couldn’t attach it

The online ones, you should be able to download a PDF copy of the bill and attach it. Even if you don't have joint bills you can attach the individual ones, it will show that you are living at the same address.
