New bvc

Hi there, I applied for a 820 partner visa whilst on a BVA and have received a BVC with no work restrictions. I have been informed that I can apply for the "no work" to be removed but have to say im in financial hardship which I dont want to do, worried it might effect my 820 application. When I called the help desk they said I can apply for another BVC without the work restrictions so I don't have to say i am in financial hardship.

I'm not sure which way to go on this, can anyone advise? Thanks
