New member- South Africa

Good day everyone, I am new to this group. I am a Capetonian - South Africa and have just started my visa 476 application last week after I secured job offer as a Social worker. As I was about to lodge my application over the weekend it indicated that this visa is discontinued! What do I do now? Would I need to apply for another type of visa etc?As My visa nomination was approved and indicated that I proceed with the 476 visa application? Feeling
