If not, don't bother applying now as you don't meet the requirements for a partner visa yet.Hi everyone, I'm totally new in here, i came from indonesia with working holiday visa and now I'm staying in Melbourne with my boyfriend and I've been in relationships with him since 7 months ago, and we want to apply for partner visa, he is a permanent resident but he is status is divorced, one of our friend told us better to hire agent or lawyer to make that visa, but the price was insane $3500+gst (it's mean almost $4k) i want to apply for sub 801/820 but im totally blank that what should I do to prepare everything, i just made an account at immi, do u have any suggestions about my case is that better to hire them or not so difficult to apply by my self, and what should i do for the first step, coz all of mu documents in bahasa not English
Apart from living with my wonderful partner for more than 2 years in Santa Rosa, Laguna, I visited Hundred Islands, Pangasinan, which was just amazing, Puerto Galera, Mindoro, which was beautiful and Cebu, a place I really liked. Many smaller places, too, but they were the major places.Hey, welcome home! Excited to hear about your adventures back in Philippines!
It is great to hear you had so much fun staying in the Philippines, not all Aussies find it easy to adapt to our way of living. I am sure your partner will love Oz, another wonderful country to live. Goodluck on your journey and visa application. I love the Filipino people, warm and friendly except they always think I am American and call out "Hey, Joe!" to me.but I can live with that!![]()
It's now time to bring my partner to Oz and let her experience my way of life and I hope she enjoys it as much as I enjoyed being in her country.
