I am a NZ citizen currently living in Brunei with my Samoan partner. We want to move to Australia and work/live, so need success in this visa venture. We have been denied it before (about four years ago), because there is a big difference in our ages they are suspicious.
Just starting the filling in process! My Form 80 has different questions to the Form 80 Guide on here? Example: on my form, Q25 is Are you applying for a temporary visa? Anyone shed any light on the differences between forms please?
