I applied for partner visa in June 2018 front loaded everything. However we did our Aus police checks in Feb and they have expired. Now I don't know if I should apply for new ones or wait for them. To contact our migration agent.

Hello, I would keep everything updated as much as possible, so I would organise new ones. Although you may have to do them again depending on how long the processing will take. I’ve been waiting 18 months for a 309 visa for my Nigerian husband through Pretoria, others have been 20 months and still waiting. It’s a very long process, especially through Pretoria I’m afraid
