Hi,

I'm an Indonesian citizen and lived in Melbourne and Sydney from February 2015 until March 2018. I'm currently in Indonesia as i had some family problems which led to visa problems that prevented me from staying.

In the past i have overstayed my 500 visa for almost one year. I was unaware that my bridging visa has expired and i didnt give sufficient document to support my visa application. I tried applying again onshore as my partner's dependant when she was applying for 485 visa and got refused. I left the country not knowing that i was meant to apply for BVE. Is there any way i can waive my re-entry ban/exclusion period?

In relation to the previous question, I am now trying to apply for 500 visa again as i am trying to go back to studying (a different field). My partner holds a 485 visa and is going to apply for permanent residency, we have a de facto relationship released in NSW from January 2018. Should i apply for 500 visa or apply as a dependant on my partner's permanent residency application?

Please help me, i really want to go back to Sydney to be with my partner and escape my abusive family.
Any free migration consultation is highly appreciated
