Hi everyone,

My husband got an email requesting for the AFP Police Check and the 28 days deadline is almost due - it should be uploaded 2 days from now. It was dispatched by the AFP on Friday, and it's still not in our mail. I called them and it cannot be tracked!!!

What should I do? I have the receipt when we paid for the police check, and an email from the AFP saying it was dispatched on Friday and that it should take 3-7 business days to be delivered to our house. Should I upload these first? Please help, I have no idea what to do.

Upload the receipt of AFP Check in case you don't receive it !!

At least they will know you tried on time from your end. AFP checks can be delayed in postage.

You only have to respond within 28 days. Just do as already mentioned and upload proof of having ordered the police check, then upload it whenever you get it.
