Guys I have been trying for 6 months to achieve minimum points for Australian Immigration. I appeared for IELTS a few times and finally when I have gotten 7 each and my points are 65, the Occupation Ceiling for 263111 is full. Can you please guide me on the following:
1) Should I apply for SKILLSELECT now and this way would I be on a priority to get ITA when the Ceiling is refreshed on July 1.
2) Should I apply for State Sponsorship to apply for Visa 190 because there is no ceiling for this Visa Type. How much time approximately it should take to get a state sponsorship when you have 65 points.

From what you have posted, I suggest 2) might be your best strategy, assuming that you have a positive skills assessment. You might want to take advice about which state to nominate.
