Hello everyone, I submitted my offshore Partner visa 309 application in July 2017 up till now haven’t heard anything from immigration. I just got a permanent job offer now in Queensland, it’s possible to attach the job offer and plead for expedited of the application? Please I need enlightenment about this. It's possible for you to add any attachment to your visa application. The chances that they would actually expedite processing your visa based on your request are slim to none.

You can inform them via change of circumstances within immi account and attach job offer evidence.

Provided all other information has been provided it might nudge the delegate CO but really what matters is where you lodged the application and what nationality you are.

If you are lucky they might actually read your update

I would submit it as at least you can use use it for the appeal if it comes to that

A highly regarded RMA who posts on here said that expediting the application is very rare, so I wouldn't bank on that.

It would serve you well to update the department on your situation and update them in regards to the job offer.
