Geez you've been married for a longer time and still takes the same time to process. when did you submit the health examinations? We submitted them end of August 2018Hello,
I am from d.o.l 15th jan 18.
Still waiting, all submitted, health clearance provided in medicare.
No news for the moment, wife moved 1 month ago to sydney as she got a job there. Family apart for the time being which makes it even more frustrating. 12 years married and 11 and 8 years old daughters with dual nationality australian/ spanish.
Fingers cross, hopefully not so long to get the grant
Do you think they would provide the visitor visa to spend xmas in australia? our agency told us not to consider that option as it would delay the process of granting the visa.I submitted them 28th June and got cleared the same day. Since then silence.Took advantage to keep uploading more of the recommended docs in immi meanwhile. Police checks done in August, nothing wrong in there so...?
I will request a evisitor to spend christmas there. Keep positive!
So lucky congrats. We met in 2015 married 2016 went australia together last year .. applied in Jan 2018 police checks health examination all given and still waiting been 10,5 months nowGot mine(309) today!!!
7months and 2 days to be exact
309----April 13, 2018
Sept. Was asked for birth certificate (my child)
Nov. 15, 2018 (309) approved.
No interview.
2014- we met. He came to see me 3times in Philippines. I was still working
2015---De facto (did not register) and I started to visit Australia
2017---he proposed
2018---applied 309 and approved 7months later and we will be there at the end of this month 😍😍😍
that process time has changed about 12 times since we applied i even saw 22-24 months. So that process time is not exact. I have been also informed by the department itself that the process times only changes due to all the applications around the world. So that really doesnt help with anything or it doesnt give hope.At the moment it looks like processing time can take from 13-17 months for 309 visa.
I hope yours will be granted soon.
Processing times aren't affected by length of relationship or amount of children.Geez you've been married for a longer time and still takes the same time to process. when did you submit the health examinations? We submitted them end of August 2018
A very strange comment from an agency.Do you think they would provide the visitor visa to spend xmas in australia? our agency told us not to consider that option as it would delay the process of granting the visa.
Odd indeed considering a few of the RMA's around here have said the opposite.A very strange comment from an agency.
Oh WOW .. congrats so happy for you hopefully ours will come out soon - fingers crossed xVery happy today
Got the golden email with visa 309 and 100!!

I hope grants keep coming for all of you, sit tight and patience. Finally they get released!!
Ye I know. We were told that if we do apply because we have a visa awaiting the visitor visa may not be processed or even may be rejected and even if the visitor visa is granted the partner visa grant may talk longer than normal to be finalised. -_-A very strange comment from an agency.
oh ok thats great then plenty of time. Hmm thats strange ours is still on further assessment. hopefully ours will come out in a week or two..Thank you! Yes, enter before 29th june 2019. It is 1 year since health clearance
I checked it is normally like that, 1 year max from either health or police clearance which ever was the first. Good luck hopefully not too long for you. Cheers
By the way my account moved from received into finalised.Never saw initial or further assessment, ..
