If my partner is in Australia on a Visitor visa and we will apply for an onshore Partner visa is it o.k. to establish a joint bank account and get her name put on the property lease or will that seem presumptuous to IMMI when they eventually receive our Partner visa application?

Yes, thanks. We already have 2+ years together in Philippines and in December we will reach 3 years de facto so we already have plenty of evidence, now need some evidence in Oz.
