You create a new app in immi and apply for the 820/801 (this is the form 47sp). The sponsor creates a new app (either in your immi account or their own) as the sponsor of the 820/801 (this is the 40sp).

Your 300 app has been finalised so you don't do anything with that one anymore.

To apply 820/801 from 300, you create a whole new app and fill it all in again. There should be a question in it asking if you currently hold the 300.
