I'm currently in the process of putting together my application for a 461 NZ partnership visa. We're wanting to do it online. I'm a little bit confused as I've been told conflicting this.

If we apply online we don't need things like bank statements, evidence certified the only thing we need certified is our passports?

Also can the Australian police certify my partner's NZ passport (I'm assuming not)

I am not familiar with this visa, but I presume for all online applications clear colour scans are sufficient?
