I know this has been asked several times and I've been digging through the forums but I just can't get a definitive answer. I hope someone here can provide some answers for me please.

I am currently holding a 189 visa and I want to help my wife(We just got married a month ago) apply for a partner visa. Thing is she's in Singapore right now and the only visa she can get in Australia is the tourist visa. I understand that an onshore application can be submitted if she's in Australia ?

How about the offshore application? If she applies while she's in Singapore, when can she fly over to Australia?

Will the bridging visa be immediately given to her once the application has been submitted?

We are not worried about work, we just wanna stay together while i work.

We are wondering how we should apply for the partnership visa for her?

Really appreciate if someone can help me here. Really much thanks in advance.
