Hi everyone,
:)
i am currently in AAT appeal for my 457 and holding a Bridging Visa A on-shore.

i am planning to lodge partner Visa with my gf, we have been living together over 12 months in AUS.

My question is... how can i lodge the partner visa on-shore and continue to stay with my gf. i don't want to leave her alone for a year and waiting..

cheers.

This is Danger Zone area.

You will need a Registered Migration Agent, but if your at the AAT you should already have one.

Will you be able to get a waiver for schedule 3 requirements?

You require the Schedule 3 for the Partner Visa as you are not on a substantive visa only a Bridging Visa.

It is not relevant to the 457 or AAT.

As per my first post you will need a Registered Migration Agent.
