I am on partner visa 309 and I have submitted stage 2 in family visa around 3 months ago.During last 2 years I visited my original country and I was there from 13 march 2017 to 10 September 2017.Less than 6 month.
I 'm wondering do I need national police check form overseas or NO?
Is it necessary for visa 100.
