Hello.
Regarding 309 partner visa
Please help!

I went through an agent, forgot to list my previous passports in form 80.
Have no bad records or problems at all but the omission looks bad to me!!

We submitted our application six months ago. Were asked for and done med checks 3 months ago.

What should I do????

Will this lead to rejection? More delays?

No use stressing, it doesn't help.... do what you can to update you details, plead mea culpa.

I'm guessing those previous passport details are ones the department (what's it called this week) already have.. so if it had of been a red flag they probably wouldn't have asked for medicals

You can always submit a Form 1023 (notification of incorrect answers).

Question 13 asks if you can remember your previous passport details - you can easily just tick "no" if you were going to fill in a fresh Form 80 with the correct info.

I had used the previous passports and the current one to enter Australia and all the visa grants were sent online. The same email as the current one was registered for all. I just hope that the department is as smart as we think it is and had already connected the dots.

Thank you, but I have been freaking about this slip up triggering ASIO checks or similar. I have heard that they take forever...
