Immigration department have a policy for Visitor Visas, the reasons for a grant need to be within that policy.

You need to supply reasons for return before visa expires.

Hi Ampk
Thank once again for you reply, yes my parents can not stay here because my siblings are still living with them and my mother have her house there . The reason they will be here is for my son graduation for year 12 and spend sometimes with us in Christmas time and new year .
Both parents are over 60 and retired they can show that in paper and they are not willing to spend more than 2 months in Australia because of other commitments back home .

My question what are the application need to fill up for them and can I apply for them in Australia for visitor visa and if I do apply what is the time frame to get the answer.

Thank you once again for your appreciated help.

Pretty sure (have not done one for years) that now you can apply for Visitor Visa's online for just about every country.

So you being family can assist them in filling out the online forms and attach good quality colour scans of supporting documents (of the nature you said above) for them.

Make sure they confirm every question is answered correctly.
