Hi! I just want to ask if which is faster to be approved and better, my Aussie bf and I will get marry in the Philippines then apply for a partner visa or apply for a prospective visa then get married in Australia?
do you meet the evidence requirement for offshore partner visa? how long have you been with your partner, have you lived together? got shared finances? etc
Just thought I'd point out that you do not have to marry in Australia on a PMV 300. You must enter Australia at least once after the 300 grant but then you can marry anywhere in the world.
