Hi! I just want to ask if which is faster to be approved and better, my Aussie bf and I will get marry in the Philippines then apply for a partner visa or apply for a prospective visa then get married in Australia?

do you meet the evidence requirement for offshore partner visa? how long have you been with your partner, have you lived together? got shared finances? etc

Yeah.. We almost have all evidences.. 3 years we seldome live together because I'm working overseas and we don't have shared finances yet

In answer to your question offshore partner visa is slightly faster than the prospective marriage visa. 75% partner visas are processed within 11th months compared to 13 months for the PMV. Just thought I'd point out that you do not have to marry in Australia on a PMV 300. You must enter Australia at least once after the 300 grant but then you can marry anywhere in the world.

go for the partner visa then - it's faster
overall to get to pr/citizenship and cheaper.
