Hi All,
1 .Been advised to lodge a spouse visa first and then a visitor visa is it right?
2. If i lodge via fast track visa application how long will the visa duration be? 3. Does fast track visa need medicals ?
4. Does alll 600 tourist visa's have "No more Stay Clauses" ?
5. Can a visitor visa be extended ?

Would be really helpful if I can get clarity over this ?

1. entirely up to you. a partner visa doesn't guarantee a visitor visa approval.
2. no such thing.
4. no.
5. a new one can be applied while onshore if there is no 'no further stay's confirm.

Priority consideration (fast-track) service

The priority consideration service is a premium service providing priority processing to certain Visitor visa (subclass 600) applicants.

The priority consideration service is available to eligible passport holders from China, India or the United Arab Emirates who apply for either the Tourist or Business Visitor stream of the Visitor visa (subclass 600). Requests for the priority consideration service must be made at the time of application lodgement and in the country of passport.
