Partner skill points under STSOL occupation

Hello everyone,

I am applying for both 189 and 190 visa under Software Engineer occupation code 261313 which falls under MLTSSL list. My spouse skills falls under 639211 (Retail Buyer) which is a STSOL.

My spouse has 2.5 years of exp and has competent english.
Since both ANZSCO codes 261313 and 639211 are under Visa sub-class 190, will i get 5 points for partner skills?

Please suggest if i should proceed with Skills assessment for my spouse or not?
