Hello, I just got the bad news today that my Partner visa was denied.
They had asked me to do an Aussie police check. I completed that, but did not have enough space on my immiaccount to upload it. I asked if I could send it via email, and was told yes. I did this, but today they refused my visa and said that they never received that email.
I am not sure if whether I should appeal or reapply. I will contact a lawyer and agent in the morning, but wondering if anyone can provide any guidance.
I am currently in USA. Can I go back to Australia on ETA or any other visa?
