Hello everyone
I need advice,,,
long story short,,,,
we have applied for sub 300/309/100 on 26 June 2017 from Malaysia , we married on 2015 and having a son reaching to 2 years old soon, wife and son are living in aus and I'm waiting in Malaysia, we have stepped into 17 months of waiting and still silent and we tried to get help from local MP , but today, they replied the case is complex and complicated, and we have to wait longer,,,, btw they replied, and they answered, I have to wait longer,,,,, I just wonder if anyone had similar situations or anyone experiencing same,,,!
The processing time in immiaccount shows 12 to 16....
what would you advice me?

To continue to wait.

Applications are usually processed within those times, it doesn’t mean that it won’t go over those times. There have been people who have posted longer wait times. Try and be patient, it’s shit advice but it’s all the advice I can think of, especially since you’ve already reached out to a local MP.

Hi Jul, Did the local MP write any letter to department for you? My husband was also lodged in Malaysia on 19/05/2019, we also have one 9 month child. Did you receive any message from department? I am so worried when I saw your post😭😭😭
