Hi guys
I'm so worried about my partner visa application subclass 309/100. I already applied my partner visa in 6 September 2017.I have had my student visa cancelation while I was in Australia. I went through MRT and federal circuit court than federal court. But federal court made decision in my favor. But I left Australia anyway.I hired migration agent for my partner visa. My partner is Australian. We are in de facto relationship since February 2016. We have registered our relationship in Australia. We are in genuine relationship. My question is that are they going to take long process for application or my application will be completed in time frame 11 to 16 months. Pls guys give me your suggestions. Thanks in advance...😊

I'm not sure what you're asking. As for your application, it will need to meet the s/c 309/100 criteria to be approved. I don't think anyone can give you an idea as to when of it it will be approved.

It sucks, but like most people, you just have to wait for the department to contact you and keep checking your immi account.

Definietly, all applications for SC 309 need 11-16 months to process. It can be longer but no sooner.

There will be tight scrutiny of your documents and a harder interview. In my case,my wife had a visa refusal. Still she got the visa in 13 months.

key is: Do not submit anything that you can not claim,be transparent with the immigration department and,keep submitting the documents until your application is allocated to the case office, even if the documents are new phone records
