I am a Canadian make and have been living with my partner for 3.5 years here in Canada. We got married in Australia in January and are now applying for my Visa from Canada. I have two sons both of which are over 18 and not coming with us nor plan to. My question is will they need to have a medical or even be apart of this process ? Being they are independant?
