Hello, everyone! I recently got an email, saying that my visa was granted and all the details were provided. In my IMMI account it says finalised, but in the sponsor section it still says submitted. Can I still move to Australia now or wait till the decision on the sponsorship made as well?

That answers a question I've been having. On mine. It reads further assessment but my sponsor reads submitted.
Sorry that response was of no help. Can I speculate and as to whether they'll look into that in the second stage?

Sponsor didn't apply for a visa so their's will never say finalized.

The status in immi doesn't matter at this point. All that matters is the grant letter and that you read the entire thing.

They won't. Sponsor's status is irrelevant if the applicant's case has been finalized (FYI, sponsor's won't change from submitted).

Stage 2 is a new form with a new TRN, new documents, and new status for the applicant. Sponsor will have no status there as all they do is a stat dec.

Should I be still uploading documents and evidence on my wife's Stage 1 IMMI account while she is here on 309? Or should I hold off from uploading anymore things and upload it when she is eligible for 100 application?

You will wait until eligible (2 years from the 309 application date) to submit evidences for the 100.

Just realised, I have never done the second part of a Partner Visa before!

You won't do anything else with Stage 1 if it's finalized.

Like ampk said, save your evidence until Stage 2. You'll have a completely new upload section for that stage to put all of your evidences since the grant of the 309.
