I'm just wondering if my girlfriend who is a daughter of a parent applying for their partner visa can visit Australia while awaiting a decision. I believe that all paperwork has been done, even the interviews and medical checks. The application began about 3 months ago.
My girlfriend is 17 and has a student visa that I believe expires the end of next year.
They are both from Iran.
Is it possible she can be in Australia while they decide and then travel back to Iran to receive the final decision?
Waiting for this visa is tough
I'm also worried because it is a high risk country, that the processing will take quite some time. Does anyone have an idea if the processing times have changed from the .gov website?
