Hi, I was apply partner visa 820 in september 2017 and we will married as well in middle in January 2018.And another news is i am pregnant in 4 months.I done everything for immi[medical exam,documents]. At the moment i am still on Bringing visa A and i working part-time for more than 15 months .Do you think is it possible to have partner visa before i will born baby? Why are you asking is if i will have partner visa i can have maternity leave.Thanks a lot

The average speed of an 820 visa has been around 12 months from application, so it seems unlikely, especially as they now say that 75% are done in up to 20 months of processing.

If lucky you may get it by Sept 2018.

12 months is very optimistic. We applied 16 months ago, received a bridging visa and only just received a letter a few days ago which said the application is processing. Still wouldn't expect anything until at least towards the end of the year at the earliest bringing it to 21 months
