Help me. Should i apply for a partner visa by my self and then apply later for my child to join me or should i include her now?

How old is the child? Do you have full custody? Where is the child now?

First choice would be to get her here on a tourist visa and include her in the application.

Second choice is to get her over here after sc.820 is lodged and add her to the application.

Third choice is to apply offshore and include her in the offshore application.

Fourth choice is to apply for a sc. 445 visa after the sc. 820 has been granted.

As the previous poster said, get professional advice to work out a suitable strategy.
