Hi all,

I am currently in the process of completing my form 80 for the 309 partner visa application and have come to questions 21 to 24 of Part H. My question is can I travel to Australia while I am waiting for my 309 to be approved?

We are hoping to submit our form before christmas and we have booked flights back to Australia for September next year (flights booked before we started this process).

Yes you can certainly travel to Australia after a 309 application.

As long as you have or can get a visa to enter Australia - some times that depends on the passport you hold.
