Usury: the illegal action or practice of lending money at unreasonably high rates of interest.
It cant be that, as you will never get it back
Rising Immigration Fees: An attempt to cut down the number of applications, by pricing people out.
Result: Only those who are capable of making enough money to pay the fees can get in. Those that haven't got the ability can't get in..
That is my opinion / way of thinking on this
