Hello everyone,

on the part F (yor partner's family details), there is 4 question :

1.give details of prtner's parents

2 all your partner's brothers and sisters including full half step etc.

3All your partner children (including from previous marriage)

4all your partner's other member of their familly unit

The last one is the one I don't understand, I'm not sure what to put there?
Is it her brother's wife and kids?

And for number 3, she has a 39 year old son, should put him in?

Thank you!

Your partners parents and step parents.

Lost all siblings. We did, even though we aren't in contact with either of our step-siblings.

3All your partner children (including from previous marriage)
You should list all children, regardless of age.

4all your partner's other member of their familly unit
The family unit, as we did it was myself, my wife and my two kids from a previous marriage.

They are not migrating with us currently, but we still had to include them.

So for number 4, she has to put her ex- husband(s), and children if she had any with them?
But that's not family anymore, no?

She doesn't have to put her ex-husband as her family unit. Her kids, I believe she does.

She will have to disclose her previous marriage/s and de facto relationships though.

Sorry, I should clarify this - our family unit was myself, my wife and my two kids from a previous relationship. I disclosed that I had been previously married and was divorced from my first marriage. We did not include my ex-wife as a member of our family unit. That's just....icky.
