Hi everyone,

My partner and I have been a couple for 13 months, living together for 6 months in Victoria. We have mutual bank account, and share our rent and bills. We have our message history, pictures and videos with other family members, from vacations, holidays and events. Mutual friends and screenshots of those from social media accounts, pictures, witness statements. We are waiting for our outgoing phone records, police checks and birth certificates. We are going to try register as a de facto relationship this week as well. I am currently on a student visa which will expire in 60 days.

Considering we have been living together for 6 months, is this something that will get our visa refused, even we are a registered de facto couple and been together over 13 months?

Many thanks,
