Hi everyone;
I am on provisional partner visa ( 309) and it's been 2 years from my date of application and I am eligible to apply for permanent visa (100) from last June but for some reason ,I want to apply and start my application on October , that means I will apply four month after my eligible date!?

My question is is there any deadline to apply visa 100??
Is it ok if I apply four month late?

Unfortunately I don't have access to all required document to apply as We are in overseas and will back on October
I'm just worry for delay and make me stressed

Do you think if I apply on four month late , make me any trouble ?!
