Hi Guys ,

I am going to apply a Partner visa on Feb 2018, i need some advice, also currently gathering all the documents.

- Marriage certificate

- Photos : Travel Photos, Wedding Photos. Event photos- Birthday and formal Party from cruise .

-Super- nominate my husband.

-Lease agreement both our name together

-Joint account

-both a condominium under both name.

- 2x of statutory declaration.

-receipt from travel ; - cruise, singapore, sydney, gold coast , and shopping

-history of our relationship statement..

-Phone call history from optus (service) that i call overseas.


Just want to ask do you guys think my document are enough ? please let me know if not enough . thank you so much

Without looking at the evidence you have built up saying yay or nay based on a list is a very hard thing to do.

There is a good amount of evidence there assuming all of it is solid, more is always better.

Have you considered having a MARA agent check over the application? As things are getting more and more complex as the weeks go by the nominal fees a MARA agent charge become a protection of your investment in the time doing your application and the application fee itself.
