Got this email from immigration and just need some clarification on it.

Does my fiancé just need to exit Oz or go back to home country?

And for how long to be out of country?

Is the PMV300 ready for approval?

Dear XXXXX, *
Thank you for your email. Your partner visa application has been placed on queue for final decision. However, the Department cannot make a decision on your application while you
are onshore in Australia. If you could provide us with your departure date in advance by emailing your travel advice to [email protected]v.au, we will be able to prepare your case for finalization.

Yes, Congratulations, they are waiting to issue the visa, however that cant take place until your partner leaves Australia, they do not have to return to their home country, a lot go to Bali or New Zealand.
How long is always a good question, their have been reports of peoples visa's being issued an hour or so after they had gone through outward immigration, but it would be safer to make it a few days at least outside of Australia.

They recommend a minimum of 3 business days.

We got told 5 working days, was issued before we landed in Singapore.

Should be all good but it is a decision requirement so an approval or rejection.

Reply to email and up load to immiaccount - do not return till visa is decided, so after a few days chase them up.
