Hi all,
Just a quick question (couldn't see it asked anywhere else on the forum). I received an e-mail earlier this month saying that my time for being eligible to apply for the permanent visa is approaching (my eligibility date is 30/9/18).

I was just wondering do you have to apply right on this date or would it be ok to apply a couple of weeks after this date? I've been on holiday the last few weeks so haven't been in a position get everything together and don't want to cram everything in the next few days. Thanks in advance!

I applied/submitted the requirements for the permanent visa 801 a couple weeks after the eligibility date - it's ok. And I've seen others do the same in this forum. But it is advised you're submitting it as soon as possible
