I don’t think PAMs is publicly accessible. If it is, I wouldn’t know where.

I pay an expensive yearly subscription to access it through LegendCom.

People without adequate legal training should be careful about using this sort of information.

My understanding is it is available at 2 libraries free of charge - but it does not say it is current nor if everyone can access it. I never had any luck.

I also did try get the subscription from LegendCom. but it wanted me to submit MRA details to proceed.

So I don't think it is a publicly available document.

Or are you offering a link?

LEGENDcom is an electronic database of migration and citizenship legislation and policy documents.

It is available on a subscription basis through ImmiAccount.

It can also be accessed through libraries that subscribe to LEGENDcom, through the Library deposit and free issue scheme.
