Hi all

Hey i got a question to ask is i want to divorce my wife and she current on visa 309 and where do i start and what will happen to her?

we got marry end of 2015 her visa 309 got granted in march 2017 and now i want a divorce since the relationship not working out. We got a 2 years old kid together and she got a kid of her own that 16 year old this year that i sponsor as well. My 2 year old kid is an australia citizen by descent and my question what will happen to her if i apply for divorce with her mother
?
So where do i start do i get myself a lawyer or something cause i have to no idea where to start pls help me.

  1. Advise you wife to see a Registered Migration Agent to sort out her migration status.
  2. Family lawyer/ legal centre to handle divorce and custody issues.
  3. Advise the Department of change of circumstances/ sponsorship withdrawal.
